Orders and approval
Orders are prepared on any terminal or by the Call Center and become sales only after the pharmacist’s approval.
Pick-up, Delivery and Online
Every order carries its type, so delivery and online orders are never mixed with the counter.
Payment methods and split payments
Cash plus the methods each pharmacy turns on. One order can be paid with several methods.
Stock by lots and boxes
Every lot keeps its expiry date, price and boxes. The lot that expires first is sold first, at its own price.
Count, new-day and closing shift
Count the stock, open each day on time and close every shift with a clear report.
Expiry under control
A notice two months before expiry, and expired lots are written off automatically. The Main terminal stops selling a lot on its expiry date.
Paid returns with approval
Returns of paid orders need approval first, and returned stock goes back to its lot or to write-off.
Transfers between branches
Send stock between branches and the warehouse; each transfer arrives in the unit it was sent in.
Receiving from suppliers
Receive boxes with their lots, expiry dates and prices, then sell them straight away.
Change Lot prices
Change the price of one lot from the user account; it reaches the Main terminal in under a second.
Customers
Customers by phone number, with a walk-in customer for quick sales.
Reports with charts
Sales, profitability, expiration and closing shift reports for each branch or all of them.
Central catalogue
Ready products with barcodes in five categories: Medicine, Medical device, Medical supplies, Skincare and Other.
Medical data
Active ingredients for medicines, alternatives when a product is out of stock, and warnings for ingredients that clash.
Storage places
Link every product to where it is kept, so anyone at the counter can find it.
User accounts and sections
The owner gives each user the sections and branches they may use. Five user accounts per branch are included.
Printers and scanners
58 and 80 mm receipt printers by USB, Bluetooth or network, barcode and 2D scanners, and the camera on Android.
Arabic and English, light and dark
Every screen in both languages and both themes, on Windows and Android, with automatic updates.
